Food Glorious Food

Call for participants!

Food is a subject that everyone can talk about.
Let’s talk about your favorite recipe.
How might you describe the taste, smell and texture?
Food connects to our family traditions, special occasions and memories.

Eastville Project Space invites you to be part of a community art project ‘Food Glorious Food’, a visual celebration of foods, arts and cultures.

We are looking for individuals to share their favourite recipes with us and create inspired artworks using the recipes as a starting point. By taking part you will attend a series of workshops in February & March with artist Fiona Winning, a professional artist and experienced facilitator.

Designed to get you thinking, creating and learning different art-making skills, come and create an inspiring artwork to celebrate your favourite recipe. At the end of the project, a collection of artworks and recipes produced by the participants will be shared in various formats and locations in Yeovil and in a celebratory event in June.

This is part of ‘Let’s Build’ Project, a new collaborative art project of Eastville Project Space to celebrate arts and cultures in Yeovil.
