The paintings in this exhibition document the process of the artist’s counselling, moving into her own counselling training and the expansion in self-reflection and spiritual investigation the process has inspired.
“Art leads me back to myself. It leads me into dark routes inwards. With it, I can travel down ‘by ways’ to reach others. It can lead through space, time and energy. It’s a guide, a language—my native tongue.” – Lorraine
